[WA Perth] The good guys review!

I bought a TV on 15/06/2020

I started complain on 21/06/2020 

In the meantime, they never contact me first.

I always tried to contact them.

On 7/7/2020 I had got email from them.

 

 

At that time, I was so upset. So I didn't know she said 2 apologies.

That's a good point. It was more than what I expected.

But the problem is she didn't answer all my questions.

That's why I replied to her email immediately below.

Anyway thanks for your reply. 

 

I sent you 3 e-mail before. 

 

First, I asked you why didn't you tell me when I order on your website it will take more than 2 months?

 

Because when I ordered it there was no message it would take 2 months. And if  it would take 2 month for delivery, I wouldn't order at that time.

 

It's not worth waiting 2 month.

 

Second, If you would know it will take 2 months, why didn't you contact me? 

 

I didn't know it would take 2 months before I asked you.

 

Lastly, In your review, someone who ordered later than me, they've got delivered already.

 

What's wrong with your system? I ordered this item on 15/06/2020.

 

Before I made a comment on your facebook, you guys didn't reply to me at all. 

 

Thanks for your reply. But I am really disappointed with your customer service.

 

When I try to buy something with you, you guys never have any stock, but the website still gets an order. 

 

So when I went to pick items up in the store, they said we don't have any stock. Please wait blah blah.

 

I am working in a retail shop, and I bought many other items in different retail shops.

 

Until now you guys are the worst.

 

I am sorry. I know it's not your fault.

 

But I have to say someone who works for the good guys.

 

I hope your service gets better.

 

I am not going to cancel your order, because I already lost all the chances to buy in another shop with a good price.

I know I wasn't really polite.

Anyway I got a reply today, 31/07/2020.

I don't know why they reply. 

Because I have forgotten until today.

But they reminded me and made me upset again.

 

 

 

 

I've got this email after 24 days.

They didn't answer my questions properly and didn't say sorry.

I think they wouldn't reply. Because I am annoyed again after I've got this email.

This e-mail from their head office.

Now I know why The good guys's customer services are so bad.

I am not going to shop in The good guys again.

Let's go to Harveynorman. I never have had any problem with them.

And They always had it in stock.

I highly recommend Harveynorman.
